Contract Agreement This is the framework within which the client and TM work together.
Initial Discussion/Investigation The key to a successful partnership. TM will discuss and investigate your operation, which could include invoice analysis and/or site investigations.
Agree Projects Following the initial investigation, worthwhile project areas will be agreed before proceeding.
Detailed Audit/Quotations Projects will be progressed using extensive data-bases and experience. For purchasing, suppliers will be invited to tender against existing specifications. Engineering, e.g. carbon management, or operational changes will be discussed and agreed with clients and detailed reports will be produced.
Revert to Fee We have found over the years that in some cases clients prefer to take projects forward themselves following our detailed report. The project then reverts to an agreed fee.
Implementation TM will assist in all areas of implementation, although the placing of orders remains under the control of the client. Where operational or engineering changes are involved, TM will liase with contractors to install and commission any equipment. We also ensure that systems are in place to monitor and maintain savings achieved.
Payments to TM Clients are invoiced based on the savings actually achieved. This will be against performance parameters, taking into account process or production influences where appropriate.
Ongoing Support To ensure that benefits are maximised and maintained, TM will visit and support clients on an "as required" basis. We also offer a bureau / outsourcing service, and in some instances can offer remote site monitoring. We also undertake client training to suit individual requirements.
